Well, k-otic, I've concluded that spending my time researching copyright renewals for you has these results:

1. No uploads.

2. No thanks.

3. Gratuitous insults from those who never upload anything.

I think I'm beginning to understand why Video-Cellar lost his enthusiasm for giving his labor away.

It wasn't my intention to insult you, MoonGleam. I saw a little humor in your first post, and I'm sorry you can't see it the same way. As for contributions, I do not announce my uploads here. By experience, that's never been necessary.

Both k and m have been great contributors to feature films. Lots of work by both. Thanks.

I agree on that point. K-otic has been a prolific contributor and Moongleam has been putting up quite a number of films as well lately. On k-otic's part, I've noticed that his stuff is divx, and that I seem to remember him saying he has a lot of vhs product to go through. He probably has to convert the vhs stuff to dvd, then upload it on his computer to convert it to divx, and that takes time. I know because I've had to do the same thing when I upload here, and I suspect that he and I use the same method, but whether or not he uses DivX Author to convert his films is anyone's guess. The thing is that he probably waits for an OK before he converts his films to divx, and only converts those he's sure he's going to upload. That's just my guess because that's how I do it. So I would tend to give him a little more time to get these films done before you give up on seeing them here.
